All our rooms are equipped with a telephone, shower and lavatory. One room has a bath tub. There are three rooms suitable for persons suffering from allergies. Three rooms are wheelchair accessible. Three rooms have access to a terrace. Television is available on request (€ 2,50 per day). The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Extra price for rooms with access to terrace or with bath tub: € 6.- per day per room.
Extra prices for meals ordered at short notice or after your arrival:
Breakfast: € 11.- per day, lunch: € 13.- per day, dinner: € 20.- per day

Reduced rates for children:
Overnight stay in a cot or in the parent's bed including meals is free of charge for children up to two years of age. From two to five years of age 50% reduction, six to twelve years 25% and from 13 to 15 years 20% reduction.

From March 7 to November 1, 2009
"Fascinating Forest" Childcare and Supervised Children's Activities are included in the rates if you have made a reservation for at least one week with full or half board. Otherwise we charge € 75.- per child per week.
New on our children's programme is the "Indian Feeling" course for elder children (one course in summer and one in autumn).
It is possible to ride Iceland ponies on the Landey farm.
